What are Abiotic and Biotic Forms?
Biotic beings are all things that live, Abiotic on the other hand are all things that do not live.
An example of Biotic forms are:
All animals:
Plants:
Humans:
Examples of Abiotic forms are:
Water:
O2 or Oxygen:
CO2 or Carbon Dioxide:
Here is an example of Biotic forms working together:
Salmon swim up the stream to lay their eggs, and the Bears wait up top of the stream waiting for the Salmon to swim up. The Salmon give the Bears food and in return the Bears keep some of the Salmon away so the smaller organisms can survive.
Here is an example of Abiotic forms working with Biotic forms:
Animals breath O2 (Oxygen) and breathe out CO2 (Carbon Dioxide). The plants take in the CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) to use for Photosynthesis to make food for itself and produce O2 (Oxygen) for the animals to breath again.
